My name is Kay

I am qualified Reiki Master / Teacher. I.R.F,  I.N.H.A.  D.H.N. registered.

I live in Warrington, Cheshire with my husband, I have always had an interest in the spirit world. I attend an open circle at my local spiritualist church twice weekly, and in the past have been given many messages by people in spirit that I have "natural healing abilities" but had never pursued the matter. I eventually  joined an awareness group at the church which helped me find out more about healing and it was there that I became aware of "Reiki". I had a strange experience whilst meditating at one of the awareness meetings, which confirmed to me that I indeed, was to take the healing path. Before I started going to the spiritualist church, I had never heard of Reiki, but after this experience, it seemed that Reiki was everywhere I turned. Leaflets came through my door about Reiki, A Reiki clinic opened not far from me, then a friend mentioned she was going for Reiki treatment. All this in a short time period, I took this as a sign that I should find out more about Reiki, I just felt it was some kind of message for me to embark on this further.  I bought many books on the subject, learnt about the background of Reiki and eventually found a teacher who could help me learn more and guide me to become a Reiki practitioner and eventually a Reiki Master/Teacher. While this was happening, My husband had to retire from work due to ill health, Crohn's disease, leading to osteoporosis and arthritis, he was in pain most days. During my training, I practiced my techniques daily on my husband and the pain seemed to ease, he also started to get around more by himself without having to stop and rest quite so much. On one occasion I had a strange sensation, as though my hands were actually sinking into his back, Imagine my surprise when after the session ended he said to me "you know, I actually felt like you were massaging me from the inside"   As time has passed, he tells me the pain has greatly reduced and I have noticed a great improvement in him.

I have since treated people and small pets with amazing results and my aim is to bring to you, all the benefits that Reiki has to offer.
